Easy Ways To Fix Dried Eyeliner
Consider a Manual Reboot
This easy trick will help you revive a dried-out felt-tip liner. Try rubbing the tip of your felt-tip liquid liner against the back of your hand and holding it there for a few seconds if it isn’t functioning; this may cause the product to start flowing. If nothing comes out, it’s usually a sign that the eyeliner pen has run out of pigment and that a new one has to be purchased. However, this is possible.
