Youtube Trending In 2024 – What Will Be Hot And What Won’t
Some things will change over time and become less popular, like playing video games or watching animated videos. The popularity of these categories on Youtube might go down because they are less relevant for this generation who are now getting older and more interested in other things. But what can we expect from youtube in 2024?
Why does popularity change?
There is no way to tell what will be popular on Youtube in 2024. However, it’s not hard to figure out why popularity changes. In this generation, people are more interested in content that has a direct relation to their lives. For example, people might want to watch someone else put on makeup for a video.
But, they wouldn’t want to watch a video of someone playing a video game. This is because playing a video game is not relevant or important in their lives. As time goes on and the generations change, the relevance of certain types of videos will change too.
This generation is still young and growing up fast. The top videos from 2024 might not have been created yet! However, there are some popular videos from today that might become trending in the future, such as makeup tutorials or cooking videos.
These videos have been trending recently and have been growing in popularity for some time now so they likely will continue being popular for at least another decade.
What will stay popular in 10 years?
It’s hard to predict the future, but it can be speculated that some things will stay popular on Youtube in 2024. For example, makeup tutorials might still be popular in 2024. However, some things will change over time and become less popular, like playing video games or watching animated videos.
The popularity of these categories on Youtube might go down because they are less relevant for this generation who are now getting older and more interested in other things.
So what can we expect from youtube in 2024? There are plenty of possibilities for what will be trending in 2024 on Youtube. One thing is for sure though, it won’t be the same as today.
What will become less popular?
Some specific categories on Youtube are less popular for this generation, so it can be predicted that these videos will become less popular in 2024.
One category that might become less popular is playing video games or watching animated videos. The reason for this is that this generation is now getting older and more interested in other things.
Makeup Tutorials Will Stay Popular
It’s hard to predict what will happen with Youtube in 2024. However, some things will stay popular. For example, makeup tutorials might still be popular in 2024. These tutorials are likely to stay popular because it is becoming more important for people to take care of their appearance.

With the increase in social media and people posting pictures of themselves more often, there is increased pressure on people to look good. This leads to more interest in makeup tutorials which can help improve someone’s appearance.
Video Games Might Lose Popularity
The genre of video games might lose popularity. As more and more people get older, they will be less interested in the world of video games. This is because these people have grown up with advancements in technology, so they are more likely to be interested in other things like social media or other online trends. If this is true, then video games will lose their popularity on Youtube.
Animated Videos May Be Less Popular
Animated videos are not as popular in the Youtube community. It’s becoming more popular for people to watch short videos that are less than 5 minutes long. Animated videos are much longer, which means people are less likely to watch them.
If an animated video is extremely well-done and has very high production value, it’s possible it could be popular in 2024. But for now, this trend is expected to decline in popularity.
How does Youtube change over time?
Youtube has changed drastically over time. Recently, Youtube has been used more for social media sharing than for video watching. This is because of the release of new social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. Youtube is also now used as a major source for entertainment with many channels dedicated to playing video games or watching animated videos.

As the years go by, the popularity of these categories on Youtube might go down because they are less relevant for this generation who are now getting older and more interested in other things. This is because these channels are not as popular as they were when they first came out.
What will stay popular on Youtube in 2024? It’s hard to know for sure what will be popular on Youtube in 2024, but some things will likely remain popular such as makeup tutorials, gameplays of video game favorites, and cat videos (because no matter how old we get, cats never stop being hilarious).

What won’t be popular on Youtube in 2024
Some things that won’t be popular on Youtube in 2024 are video games and animated videos.
Video games might not be as popular in the future because they’re less relevant for this generation of kids who are now getting older. They might be more interested in other things like fashion and makeup tutorials, or watching beauty gurus on youtube. More and more young people will get older and want to see content that’s relevant to them.
Animated videos will also become less popular. These videos are not as popular with kids today because they find them too childish. Their tastes are changing over time so it’s hard to predict what they’ll find interesting when they are older.
But it can be said that these two categories will still exist in the future but just not as much as before, which is why they won’t be as popular in 2024 according to this trend analysis.
