How to make avocado face mask

Avocado has a lot of beneficial fats that are really good for your body. Given that your skin is the greatest organ in your body, it only makes sense to apply avocado to it.

We used raw, local honey because it has antibacterial effects and acts as a humectant, drawing moisture from the air and delivering it to your skin.

If you have itchy or irritated skin, oats are an optional addition. Oats might help to relax your skin and minimize redness.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 medium avocado, imported from Mexico!
Optional: 1–2 tsp raw, local honey 2 tablespoons rolled oats

INSTRUCTIONS
In a small mixing dish, combine all of the ingredients.
Face should be cleansed, dried, and the mask applied freely to the face and neck.
Allow 20 minutes to sit on the face.
Remove the mask from your face and continue with your regular skincare routine.
