The global variant packs a triple camera setup on the back, placed within a rectangular module along with the flash. The Infinix Smart 5 is listed with a single RAM and storage configuration on the global website.

The smartphone comes in a dimension of 165.4 x 73.4 x 8.8 mm, it is built with a Glass front, plastic back, and plastic frame. The device is powered by the Octa-core 1.8 GHz processor.
