Cubot Max 3 is the direct successor to the Max 2 announced back in 2019. Just as the name implies, the phone comes in a large display, and it has a substantial battery too. Talking about the display, you are getting a tablet-sized 6.95-inches screen with 720 x 1640 HD+ resolution. The display panel is IPS, and it has a dot-notch on the top left corner.
Powering the Cubot Max 3 is MediaTek entry-level Helio A25 octa-core CPU, pegged with PowerGE 8320 GPU. The model has 4GB RAM and 64GB of built-in storage, with an option for an additional 256GB via an external SD card.
As far as the camera is concerned, you are getting Huawei’s Mate 40-like ring design that houses a triple camera sensor. Lens numbering begins from a 48-megapixel main lens, 5-megapixel macro shooter, and a third 0.3-megapixel depth sensor, while selfie duty is left to a single 16-megapixel lens on the front.
For convenience, Cubot brought the fingerprint scanner to the side of the phone, and the device supports NFC and Bluetooth 5.0 too. You are also getting dual Nano SIMs with 4G LTE network on both, while a 5000mAh battery with Google Android 11 runs out of the box. The full spec of Cubot Max 3 is contained in the table below.
