The Xiaomi Redmi K30 Ultra is the Mediatek variant of the Xiaomi Redmi K30 Pro, which was previously introduced. It uses a MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ processor instead of the Snapdragon 865. It also has a little reduced battery capacity. When upgrading from the Redmi K30 Pro to the K30 extreme, these modifications allow for a price reduction.
The Xiaomi Redmi K30 Ultra looks almost identical to its Redmi K30 siblings in terms of design. It has the same chassis and design as the original. It’s impossible to determine which is which unless you’re familiar with the color variations that are unique to them. Moonlight White, Midnight Black, and Mint Green are the three color options available.
The Xiaomi Redmi K30 extreme chassis’ build qualities include Gorilla Glass 5 on the back, Gorilla Glass 5 on the front, and aluminum on the frame.
A 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 395 PPI density sits in the foreground. By using a pop-selfie camera, Xiaomi was able to obtain a display without the camera cutout.
A spherical camera module with four cameras may be found on the back panel. An LED flash is located below the camera module, and below the LED flash, near the bottom, is a Redmi branding, indicating that this is a Xiaomi smartphone.
The Cameras
The Xiaomi Redmi K30 Ultra’s camera is similar to what we saw on the Xiaomi Redmi K30 Pro. At the same time, it’s a little different from the Xiaomi Redmi K30 Pro.
A 64MP primary camera with an aperture of f/1.9, a 13MP ultrawide camera with an aperture of f/2.4, a 5MP telephoto / macro camera with an aperture of f/2.2, and a 2MP depth camera with an aperture of f/2.4 make up the rear camera department.
This camera arrangement allows you to record videos at a maximum resolution of 4k at 30 frames per second. There are also 4K@30fps and 1080p@30/60/120/240/960fps options. For photographs, you can use HDR and Panorama modes.
The same 20MP pop-up selfie camera that was seen on the Redmi K30 pro and the Xiaomi Redmi K30 Pro zoom is in charge of selfies. This camera allows you to record videos at a maximum resolution of 1080p@30fps. You can also record 720p video at up to 120 frames per second.
