The Vivo Y53s 5G is the successor to the basic Vivo Y53, which was released in 2017. When comparing the two cellphones, there are significant differences. The latter, with its offerings, puts its mark on the present world, whereas the previously launched Vivo Y53 was more of a blast from the not-so-distant past.
The Vivo Y53s 5G design isn’t entirely fresh, but there’s no disputing that Vivo gave the Y53s and the Y53 from 2017 a complete makeover with no visible differences. We have a very contemporary appearance. The bezels were shaved, and the colours are now more vibrant.
In terms of colour, this device is available in three different shades: black, blue, and silver.
After that, we’ll talk about a reminisced design. Examining previous Vivo smartphones that have already been introduced reveals resemblances to the Vivo Y72 5G. On both the front and back panels, there are reminiscences.
On the back, there’s a camera module with a vertical array of cameras and a bottom-mounted LED flash. However, unlike the Y72 5G, the cameras here are dual rather than triple.
Another difference you’ll notice is that the gradient system on the Vivo Y72 is more pronounced than on the Vivo Y53s; however, both smartphones have the same design language.
We’ll start with the most important memory. The display is a 6.58-inch IPS LCD with a teardrop notch. The display has a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels, a density of roughly 401 PPI, and a refresh rate of 90Hz.
