With the announcement of the Tecno Pova 2, all doubts that Tecno will continue the Pova series have been dispelled. This new smartphone comes with a bundle that places it on a higher platform than the first-generation Tecno Pova. The Pova 2 comes with a more powerful processor, a larger battery, and a lot more.

The design of the Tecno Pova 2 was sculpted out of the design of the previous model. If you look attentively, you’ll notice that we have a similar design language. However, there are some positioning discrepancies that contribute to the mismatch.

Starting with the rear design, we have a strip of three lines extending from top to bottom of the middle position, which is the most obvious feature of the back design.

Bringing back the one-line stripe from the previous reveals that this three-line stripe has replaced the one-line stripe from the previous.

Another feature of this device’s back design is a subtle gradient design. A square camera module with four cameras and an LED flash may be found on this gradient design. The Tecno and Pova branding are also on the back, which shows the OEM.

Upfront, we see a slightly larger 6.9-inch IPS LCD display, which is 0.1-inch larger than the first-gen Pova’s display. Furthermore, with the Pova 2, the punch hole camera was moved from the top right corner to the centre position.

This display has a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels and a density of 389 pixels per inch.
