The Sony Xperia Pro expands on the features of the previously announced Sony Xperia 1 II, resulting in one of the most camera-centric Android smartphones now available. The Xperia Pro’s strengths include a 4K display, the option to use it as a viewfinder, and much more.
The Sony Xperia Pro shares a lot of DNA with the Xperia 1 II, but there are several crucial differences that set the two smartphones apart. One of the most noticeable differences is the usage of polycarbonate (plastic) instead of glass, as seen on the Xperia 1.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a high-end smartphone with plastic. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has a plastic cover as well, albeit it is not in the same price range.
