The Samsung Galaxy M62 succeeds the Samsung Galaxy M51 as the company’s flagship smartphone. Consumers will find little to thrill them, as it duplicates many of the features of the Galaxy M51. Users will be presented with a different CPU and a design that isn’t entirely fresh since it is similar to the Samsung Galaxy F62.
Design and Display
The Samsung Galaxy M62 chassis, as indicated in the introduction, is reminiscent of the Galaxy F62 design. From the outside, both smartphones appear to be identical.
The back cover features a two-tone gradient design with darker and lighter shades of the same color. In terms of color, this device is available in three different shades: Laser Green, Laser Gray, and Laser Blue.
Moving on to the rear camera placements, we see a square camera module with four cameras. An LED flashes beneath the module. On the back, there’s also an OEM logo that makes it quite obvious that this is a Samsung phone.
Plastic on the back, plastic on the frame, and glass on the front make up the Galaxy M62 chassis. A 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a density of 393 PPI, and an 86.7 percent screen-to-body ratio can be found upfront.
The Cameras
The Samsung Galaxy M62’s rear cameras are essentially identical to those of its predecessor. It has a quad-camera combination with a 64MP primary camera with an aperture of f/1.8, a 12MP ultrawide camera with a 123 field of view and an aperture of f/2.2, and a 12MP ultrawide camera with an aperture of f/2.2.
A 5MP macro camera with an aperture of f/2.4 and a 5MP depth camera with an aperture of f/2.4 complete the back camera system. This arrangement can record videos at a resolution of up to 4k at 30 frames per second. The other video recording modes can be found on the specifications sheet.
The resemblance continues in the front camera department, as we have the same 32MP camera as the Galaxy M51. This camera has an aperture of f/2.2 and can shoot videos in 4k at 30 frames per second.
