Natural Ways To Heal Premature Gray Hair

In today’s environment, premature greying is as frequent as coughs and colds. People in their early twenties have been greying at an alarming rate. You can’t simply blame it on your genes; after all, what you inherit from your forefathers isn’t the primary cause. Premature grey hair is caused by a variety of circumstances. The first is a diet that is out of balance. There is no possibility to have healthy skin or hair if your diet comprises fast food, white flour meals, aerated drinks, and sugars. A diet rich in B12, iron, and omega 3 fatty acids is necessary. You should consume a lot of fresh salads, as well as lean meats like fish and chicken.

For the health of your skin and hair, include fruits and green vegetables in your regular diet. When it comes to beverages, limit your intake of alcohol and instead choose coconut water, lemon water, chaach, or fresh fruit juices. Our lives are also stressful nowadays. It’s almost as if there’s no way out. However, you must learn to relax and refresh your mind. You can relax by listening to soothing music, picking up a new hobby, meditating, exercising, doing yoga, or doing anything else that will keep your mind off the stress and pain in your shoulders and back.

Then there’s the ongoing necessity to strengthen our immunity in order to avoid infection. If you’ve had viral fever, cold, or cough, you could be at risk for premature greying of your hair. To be healthy, keep an eye on these and take adequate vitamin supplements.

How to Avoid Grey Hair Before It’s Too Late

Adopt a regular hair care routine straight away if you don’t already have one. It’s past time you started focusing on your appearance rather than conserving it for special occasions. Only by consistently and attentively caring for your hair and skin will you see results. Here are some of my tried and true beauty recipes for revitalizing your hair.

Powdered Amla

In an iron kettle, heat 1 cup of amla powder until it turns to ash. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat with 500ml coconut oil. Allow to cool and stand for 24 hours before straining into an airtight bottle the next day. Use this as a hair oil massage twice a week.

Leaves of Curry

Grind a bunch of curries leaves with 2 teaspoons amla powder and 2 teaspoons Brahmi powder. Apply this to your hair like a hair mask, being careful to get the roots covered. After an hour, rinse with a gentle herbal shampoo.

Henna And Indigo

Indigo, or neel as it is more widely known, is a natural hair colourant that has been used since ancient times. It produces a bluish-black colour and can be used with henna to cover grey patches and give hair a darker hue.

Coconut Oil is a type of vegetable oil

Hair can be darkened by combining coconut oil and lemon juice. The combination of these two causes a chemical reaction which darkens the hair naturally over a period of time. So take advantage of the situation and get moving.

Black Tea

Another excellent substance for preventing grey hair is black tea. I’ve used it as a shampoo, a mask, and an after-shampoo rinse. Take 200ml of tea brew and apply it to your hair as a leave-in conditioner after shampooing. You can alternatively soak black tea leaves in warm water for 2 hours before grinding them into a smooth paste. Combine the ingredients in a hair mask and apply for 40 minutes before rinsing.
